Overview
This job role is based in Hertfordshire which is 20 minutes from Kentish Town Station. As Design Manager, you will have end to end responsibility of website design, CRM and offline design as well as managing a team of 3. Key Responsibilities; Responsible for managing the front-end user experience & content schedule for their UK business Responsible for working closely with the CRM team to deliver the email marketing strategy Managing the development of UI style guides and brand guidelines Ensuring marketing campaigns for all channels are optimised and delivered for mobile and desktop Implementing and updating processes to ensure efficient & smooth on-time delivery of marketing campaigns and additional user content Overseeing and contributing to the designing, coding & implementation Working closely to ensure optimal & consistent user experience Direct and oversee the work of an in-house team of designers End-to-end design & front-end coding for landing pages, microsites, email newsletters, affiliate/PPC banners Handling design queries from the wider business and advising / fulfilling need accordingly Desired Skills & Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a digital design role with managerial experience Proficient in managing the front end user experience and content schedule for desig project plans Proficient in front-end web technologies, including HTML, CSS, Javascript and JQuery Prior commercial experience in a similar role for an Ecommerce based business / transactional websites Desired Skills: Copywriting skills Video editing ability Experience with VSTS or TFS Animation skills/knowledge (CSS,SVG) Due to a very high number of applications we are unable to come back to every candidate with feedback.
