Brand Manager - Healthy Food Brand Office based in West London Up to £60k plus exceptional package Our client: Market-leading healthy foods business with a dynamic culture and exceptional growth record On-trend product proposition with a strong focus on innovation Agile working environment that rewards entrepreneurial spirit A truly exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Brand Manager to join a specialised marketing team and help drive a leading food brand The role: We are looking for a Brand Manager to drive and support the brand strategy for an on-trend and well-connected urban food brand You will be part of a small but dynamic specialist marketing team covering the full marketing mix Direct responsibility for leading a number of innovation and renovation projects Specific remit to continually increase brand awareness and drive penetration This Brand Manager will have a focus on not only the longer-term strategy, but will be getting 'hands-on’ with the day to day brand management as well Ideal candidate: 3 years’ FMCG Brand Marketing experience at Brand Manager level Experience working within an agile working environment, ideally with experience / training from a blue-chip foundation A strong passion for health and well-being and keeps up to date with current consumer health trends Driven and entrepreneurial with an ability to 'lead from the front’ and get your hands dirty Strong project management skills and a highly creative mindset Commercially focused with a growth-mindset, this Brand Manager will be responsible for driving brand growth Independent and autonomous but also able to work well within a close-knit team Excellent stakeholder management skills Benefits & details: Salary pitched at c£55-60k bonus and additional benefits Strong commitment to development and progression Please send your CV using the form on this page, quoting reference 22/15642/7.
