Description The Web Product Specialist will be part of the marketing team and responsible for overseeing web projects to support the success of the PTE at https:// site. Able to come up with strategies and recommendations to support the achievement of business goals, propose new iterations, share insights and trends, considering our users (B2C and B2B) at every step of the journey. The Web Product Specialist will work closely with a cross-functional team of marketing, content, SEO, web developers, CRM and business operations. Shaping the customer experience on the website and overseeing how its features fits within the user-journey keeping the audience engaged and driving conversion. Key responsibilities Take ownership of the website roadmap ensuring resources are focused on the highest impact balancing the needs of the B2C (primary) and B2B (secondary) audiences; Overseeing how web features fits within the user journey to keep the audience engaged and drive value for customers; Identify user needs, problems and opportunities through research, analysis, market data and competition analysis; Work with designers and UX researchers to develop, prototype, test and optimise conversions; Oversees Content Management System ensuring the product related pages are up to date and meeting the user journey requirements; Analysing data using Google Analytics and other tools to position and tailor web features as well as observe and respond to trends turning insights into initiatives; Collaborate with a cross-functional team of commercial, UX research and design, IT and development, product, marketing, SEO, CRM and content to generate innovative solutions; Develop functional requirements, user stories, user flows and work with project managers to develop, test and release product enhancements; Supporting the implementation of a lead nurture project: map the ideal customer journey and identify gaps and opportunities. This requires mediating and translating the marketing and business needs when liaising with the technical team to implement such requirements; Liaise with technical teams to discuss and clarify project requirements ensuring successful launch; Writing project specifications to communicate with the development team; Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and geographies synthesizing findings and conclusions, making recommendations and suggesting action plans. Qualifications Qualifications A talented individual who is both creative and technically savvy. Minimum 2 years experience managing a digital product ideally in a digital, user-focused environment. Good understanding of wireframing, user testing, data analysis, conversion optimisations and UX design Understanding how database and website management tools work.
