With critical, dangerous and emergency situations becoming more likely, more frequent and wide-ranging in impact, organisations need a secure and reliable way to communicate with and manage all stakeholders. Our client has a leading tool that helps organisations orchestrate and manage tasks, resources, communications, collaboration and data during a crisis. It’s Saas platform is available to customers in every continent around the world. Our client is now a half million-pound business, has won a raft of awards and works with organisations spread across all across the world including Toyota, Maersk, Total and Public Health England. About the role Our client is looking to extend its marketing reach and effectiveness and is looking for new and creative candidates to grow its marketing function. Most sales opportunities are coming from the website and third party websites (online software directories), which is driving 100,000 visitors per year and our growing community reached on each Facebook & LinkedIn & Twitter channels. To support our growth, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for obtaining a deep understanding our marketplace, overseeing the paid digital campaigns and create new and effective ways of driving opportunities/ enquiries. What you will be doing in the role Supporting the MD with developing the content marketing strategy Working with all digital tools to help build proficiency and maximise the visibility of the brand and value proposition, to current and potential customers within target use cases Effective management of allocated budget, and highlighting and hitting 'opportunity’ targets with marketing activities Obtaining consistent customer and prospect feedback/reviews on specified websites Supporting sales, Onboarding, and training of customers Providing high quality qualification demos of the platform to assist in winning and retaining customers Diving into usage behaviour with existing client portfolios Increasing the market reach on emergency mass notification market Sustaining business growth through delivering on opportunity targets Analysing customer data to improve customer experience Evaluating and improving product tutorials and promotional assets Aiding in product design, product development and driving new operational efficiencies with the technical team Participating in key event brainstorming sessions Other marketing activities such as: exhibition management, and leading non-digital campaigns The ideal skills and experience 2:1 degree or above Passion for digital marketing Creative thinker, able to generate ideas for content across all social media channels Ability to write both short and long copy including blogs and social media captions A technically savvy individual who has a strong drive for results and is an effective self-starter and team player. Social, analytical, possess an aptitude for learning and using new software Confident and effective communicator, with patient and active listening skills.
