Scope of the role The purpose of this role is to support the Head of Communications in the delivery of the Group’s marketing activities. You will have to be a self-starter and responsible for a broad range of responsibilities, as well as supporting other team members to deliver the goals of the team. We are looking for a driven, innovative Marketing Coordinator with one or two years’ experience working in a similar role. The job is fast paced, encompassing internal, external business and consumer communications, both in the UK and internationally. You need exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Main duties  Help to develop marketing and communication initiatives in line with business strategy  Event management and execution - working closely with colleagues to co-ordinate and deliver both internal and external events  Corporate Social Responsibility: help to develop and provide administrative assistance for localised CSR initiatives  Digital and Social media: help to manage content and asset creation  Campaign planning - assist with consumer and trade marketing campaigns both in the UK and internationally  Video: idea generation, writing scripts, obtaining necessary approvals and development of filming programme  Thinking creatively: to help develop all areas of the company’s internal and external profile  Provide administrative support to the wider communications team Personal qualities and prior experience  Down-to-earth, pro-active, determined and focused to deliver results  Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and willingness to work as a team  Ability to multi-task and have a solution led approach to work  Ability to think creatively to deliver the Group’s marketing and communications strategy  Familiarity with and understanding of social media and content generation - both written and visual  One or two years’ experience working in a similar role.
