MARKETING ANALYST £45,000-55,000 COMPETITIVE BENEFITS LONDON We're looking for an innovative and experienced marketing analyst to join one of the largest banks in the UK with a strong global presence to provide insights on the behaviour of over 20 million customers and help to continue redefining the way they do banking. THE COMPANY: You will be helping the company understand the journeys and experiences of their customers and clients across a range of financial products such as investment banking, wealth management and credit cards. As well as having a vast customer base the company also provides banking solutions to over a million clients. As part of the team you will be working to ensure sustainable valuable for stakeholders globally and driving continuous innovation through the use of their state of the art technology. THE ROLE: Specifically, you should expect to be involved in the following: Develop marketing approaches to identify when and how to communicate with customers and ensure marketing campaigns are effective. Identify performance trends, design tests and analyse performance of campaigns while working closely with the product and marketing teams. Use your analytical abiltiies to conduct analysis of complex data sets and provide insight across various factors. Communicate findings effectively across the wider business to both technical and non- technical users. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: The successful analyst will have the following skills and experience: Experienced using SQL to manage a complex database and also using this for statistical analysis (customer segmentation and behaviour models in particular). Be a strong communicator with past experience working with a wide range of stakeholders. Have prior experience working in a campaign environment where you have had exposure to targeting of customers.
