Marketing Director - Fine Jewellery - Major Luxury Brand Rare opportunity to join this iconic luxury brand at an exciting time of investment and brand development. We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing, or Marketing Director with a wealth of experience leading cross-functional teams and leading global marketing strategies for wholesale, retail and online, with a focus on new client acquisition and conversion as well as client experience and engagement that drives both local and international loyalty. Crucially, you will need a solid foundation of experience delivering best in class campaigns and brand initiatives for a multichannel business and will come from a luxury goods background. Role Overview As Marketing Director, you should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for both offline and digital technologies, with particular experience in the luxury and arena and in growing a retail business through digital and CRM. You will work closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all channels. You will provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong and coordinated brand presence and a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business. This will include creating the Marketing, PR, Content and CRM strategy for the Brand, developing a global strategy and developing and leading teams in implementing these strategies. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Creative Director, the successful candidate will play a senior guiding role in the Business which will be both challenging and rewarding. This role is suitable for an individual who is self-motivated, used to working independently and used to motivating and leading growing teams. Key Responsibilities Development and implementation of the Brand strategy across Marketing, PR, Digital and CRM Developing the marketing strategy for the global business, including wholesale markets Overseeing implementation of the marketing strategy - including online and offline campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR Overseeing all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency) Cultivating and maintaining relationships with target media within the jewellery and luxury industries and represent the brand at industry events as required Working with the Finance Director, prepare budgets; Measure ROI and KPIs and be responsible for budget performance Develop specific campaigns to generate and maintain high levels of client interaction Working closely with the Sales and New Business to identify, plan and successfully execute marketing and PR activities that will support business objectives Motivating and ensuring that objectives are implemented by reporting teams Work closely with the design team to create marketing materials and programs for new collections and one-off creations Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation, recognition, interaction and conversion Drive continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends, monitoring competition and generating ideas to stand out To Apply To apply for this role and for your chance to join this exciting business, please apply by sending your CV via the link on this portal.
