Content Specialist - Contract - London - Financial Services Content Specialist 6 Month Rolling contract London Financial Services £Competitivepwd The Digital Content & Experience team is accountable for the delivery of content change to the Banking Group websites. Working with stakeholders to optimize Customer Experience and to deliver an experience that is regarded as the best in class. Key activities Execute timely and accurate delivery of content change to the banks websites. Ensure websites adhere to standards and guidelines: Brand guidelines, DDA, site structure, tone of voice, performance, legal & compliance. Responsibility for applying due diligence to authorize changes to the Live websites. Provide consultancy services on usability and web development both within Digital and across the wider population as subject matter experts. Essential Skillsand Experience Knowledge of CMS Systems ideally OpenText TeamSite or Adobe AEM. Attention to detail ensuring accuracy of change. Stakeholder management building relationships with colleagues to ensure best outcome for our customers. Good written communication skills for dealing with stakeholders of different backgrounds and at different levels. Planning and organization skills to ensure delivery according to deadlines. Significant experience of web development either for projects of BAU site maintenance Working under pressure in a fast-paced and delivery environment Working as part of a team, but also able to use own initiative as required Desirable Search engine Optimisation, accessibility, online copywriting and usability Knowledge of web site code (such as CSS, JavaScript etc) and basic website setups. Photoshop
