Overview

Our client, an International law firm are now recruiting an experienced Client Relationship Manager to take a lead role on the client strategy, including taking personal ownership of a portfolio of priority accounts to develop with the client partners. This will include client-facing roles and collaborating with practice group, international marketing and pitch team colleagues in developing some of the firms most important relationships. Key responsibilities & duties: Develop and implement robust plans for nominated clients Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers at nominated clients Coach and work with partners and lawyers in the delivery of planned marketing, networking and pursuit activities. Manage regular meetings with the client teams to ensure account plans are being appropriately executed Understand the firms practise groups and regions which the client requires interaction Ensure practise groups and BD representatives are kept informed of major initiatives and findings Identify and coordinate research with the research and pricing team in regard to client opportunities Oversight and delivery of account plans for nominated clients Efficiently dealing with conflict/issues management relating to the client Share knowledge, insights and suggestions to BD colleagues to help their profile and success Prepare client reports of activities and results for the Executive Candidate Profile The successful applicant will have at least four years’ experience managing significant clients in a professional services environment with significant expertise in account relationship management, including demonstrable revenue growth. You will be able to demonstrate experience of building strategic business relationships and pursuing new business with the proven ability to plan and execute business development plans and goals.
