Digital Account Manager, Digital Development Agency, Manchester, £35-£40K This multi award-winning digital technology agency based in Manchester has a fantastic client base and a passionate team With their recent growth and success they are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join their Manchester based office and work on a number of innovative mobile app projects for renowned global brands. As Digital Account Manager you will play a key role in managing pivotal client relationships with instantly recognisable brands, handling briefs and ensuring a strong relationship is maintained. You’ll report into the Head of Client Services and will be the lead point of contact for a number of digital projects covering more specifically app builds/mobile. You will need to take a proactive approach and be well averse to working in a fast-paced agency environment The agency has gone through an exciting growth period over the last 12 months and 2020 is set to be another year of huge growth for them, so the scope of the progression is fantastic. As Account Manager you’ll be expected to forecast and track key account metrics and keep the wider team updated on progress. As part of the role you’ll work closely with a team of designers and developers and you’ll ensure smooth project delivery through dealing with client requests. The nature of this agency means you'll be working on predominantly mobile app projects and as an agency they are renowned for both the standard of their work, but also the fantastic culture that they've created within the team. They have a social environment with a multi-skilled team based within a brand new office space. They are looking for an Account Manager who is a strong communicator and can provide monthly/quarterly/yearly progress updates to multiple stakeholders.
