Overview

Marketing Manager - Global SaaS Technology Leader London Waterloo & Waterloo East Location £45,000-£55,000 salary depending on experience Working with the GM of Marketing to continue to drive client numbers and product usage through a multichannel approach. The successful candidate will develop strategies and deliver them by leading and supervising the work of a team of two campaign executives and an assistant. The role will be hands on and the successful applicant will be required to be a good networker and someone who will regularly visit clients in order to gather insights. Responsibilities Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative Prepare and manage annual budgets for the Marketing department Ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all channels (including events, email campaigns, web pages, promotional material and sales) Identify opportunities to expand market share of existing and new products Set, monitor and report on team goals Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features) Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness Competencies Communication Clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message. Commercial Ability to review data and identify key opportunities to focus on growing product usage. Managing others Effectively managing time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently using the ability to multi-task. Networker Ability to build relationships with clients in order to gather insight, ultimately delivering the very best marketing communications. Technical/Professional Knowledge Having achieved a demonstrably high level of technical and professional skills in marketing channels (eg SEO, PPC, email, etc). Building Trusted Relationships Using appropriate interpersonal styles to establish effective relationships with external partners and internal colleagues; interacting with others in a way that promotes openness and trust and gives them confidence in one's intentions.
