Overview

My client, a global giant within the Social Media industry, is looking for Project Manager to join their team in London on a 8 month contract position. Duties: We're looking for an experienced project manager to sit within the internal creative and digital agency They will spend the majority of their time validating, managing, producing and distributing case studies about successful client advertising campaigns on platforms, and pick up other projects as needed. The position requires a strong track record of project management, an editorial eye, a collaborative spirit and plenty of stamina. The desired candidate will have a strong project management background. Ideally they will have experience managing copywriters and have a flair for producing concise, clear copy. We are looking for someone who has knowledge of or is open to learning the basics of data-based methods for measuring the results of digital advertising campaigns on our platforms. This position will involve collaborating with marketing science to validate the results of potential ad campaign case studies, and then working with a team of writers and editors to bring those case studies to life online and as internal slides. The successful candidate will also support occasional video case study projects. RESPONSIBILITIES Working alongside EMEA sales teams to produce best-in-class case studies for our wider family of apps and services Managing day-to-day case study process across EMEA, ensuring a smooth pipeline and rapid turnaround times Manage trackers and status sheets, and providing updates on progress to key stakeholders Assist with gathering assets and writing copy for internal and external newsletters Assist with internal comms to educate EMEA sales teams about case study processes Managing submissions of EMEA case studies for quarterly earnings calls Work with an external agency to create ad assets featuring case studies Skills: Ability to prioritise workloads and juggle multiple deadlines Strong writing skills and editorial judgement Ability to translate complicated messages into compelling copy Ability to diplomatically manage multiple stakeholders Knowledge of or willingness to learn the basics of digital ad campaign measurement Comfortable working in fast-paced environment Knowledge of PowerPoint preferred Familiarity with ad formats Huntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
