Regional Digital & Product Marketing Manager - covering Northern Europe, Industry Leader in Financial/Insurance - up to £72K package top benefits The Role Our client is currently looking for an exceptional Manager of Digital Product Marketing for Northern Europe to join them. The role is within the insurance/financial sector so experience in this area is beneficial. Digital Marketing is at the core of our client's channel marketing growth strategy. The role will involve leading the Digital Marketing remote teams across the region with expert knowledge across the key digital disciplines. You will have a strong overall background in digital and channel marketing. Driving tangible results against set KPI’s and goals will be second nature to you. Be the overseer of all digital campaigns across Northern Europe acting as the advocate, the expert, the strategist and highly positive statesperson leading local digital marketing roles towards success. Together with the NEUR Head of Marketing & CX be the guiding hand on best practices, messaging, user journey planning & testing, attribution reporting and audience understanding. Leading strategy for local teams across the 15 countries to create engaging, intelligent and concise digital marketing programs, building relationships to break down silos and help to structure the regional leadership function. Track & report on performance and create joint regional-local digital marketing plans with a focus on channel driving through search, paid social, display, affiliate partnerships and email . Have expert knowledge of technical SEO as well as full understanding around the key principles of popularity, relevance, engagement and trust that is based around a user-experience focused website architecture. Agree, report and pull together KPI’s for product across the region, ensuring that performance is reviewed and optimised. Be the product expert for all Northern Europe, understanding product lines and the applicable marketplaces for effective product marketing strategies. Reviewing and working with local teams to document and understand the audience , as this will be key to the product marketing strategy. About You You will be data driven and just as comfortable head-down in a spreadsheet as presenting a strategy meeting to senior stakeholders. Numbers will come natural to you and with a proven background in Excel, you will be working in pivot tables and large data numbers with a need to spot trends, spikes, troughs and have the understanding to question and explain the data. Own the monthly data reporting that gets distributed to all senior stakeholders and MM members in Group HQ and throughout the region. Manage regional analytics reporting to group and establish benchmarks for our performance across all channels. Govern and improve the Lead Source Reporting line provided by Group to show end-to-end channel performance. Ideal experience You will need to be a self-starter, passionate and well organised. You will have extensive experience of creating excitement and energy around engaging content and copy, ideally within the financial services industry. An experienced marketer who wants to take ownership of a key function of a large org being visible to the Group HQ and the board. You will want be part of an exciting team with lofty goals, reporting into and working alongside our Regional Head of Market Management & CX to deliver the strategy that you will create, focusing on our core products we distribute throughout the region. You will be passionate about building relationships, comfortable with travel, have excellent attention to detail and will be able to confidently communicate with colleagues or clients. Fantastic written skills and attention to detail with history of written collateral. Experience as a digital marketer in a digital agency or equivalent. A solid knowledge of the credit insurance marketplace for product excellence. Data led individual with robust experience in Excel and reporting to multiple audiences. Holistic campaign management crossing the omnichannel through audience understanding. Delivered campaigns through different digital channels with measurable outcomes. Experience with all core marketing platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce and AEM. Ability to manage your own project timelines, prioritise well and manage up. Excellent communication skills and comfortable being client facing at times.-
