Marketing Manager | South West London | Up to £38,000 Your new company Hays are currently working in partnership with a luxury global travel company in South West London. We are working with this exciting organisation to successfully appoint a new Marketing Manager to their growing, collaborative and fun Marketing team. Your new role In your new role as Marketing Manager you will be reporting into the Marketing Director and working on maximising profitability of key membership through renewal activity, monitoring and analysis and campaign activity. You will be responsible for stimulating core business through creative development and distribution of ad-hoc direct marketing activity whilst staying true to the values and culture of the brand. You will work collaboratively with the UK and EMEAA Operations Management teams, to plan, strategise and to respond to market performance analysis. You will also have one direct report to manage. What you'll need to succeed To be successful you will have at least 4 years' experience in a similar role, ideally experience in campaign management or membership services. You will be a self-starter with strong analytical skills, team and project management experience, and comfortable monitoring budgets and strong market research skills.
