This is why they need a whole new digital team to come on board and sit within a digital hub for the company, so they can really capitalise on this growth You will be the Customer Experience Manager responsible for developing end to end customer journeys across all digital requirements; campaigns, development, products/services, continuous improvement and optimisation and across all websites and marketplaces. You will contribute to the overall vision and roadmap for all of the company consumer websites to ensure everything is running in a profitable and effective way. What you will need to be the Customer Experience Manager: Experience of working with both internal production teams and digital marketing agencies Can demonstrate good use of reports/analysis to plan actions and improvements Understands Internet technologies. Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tools Sound creative judgement Good communication and excellent team player Motivated self-starter with ability to meet deadlines Working knowledge of SEO / Paid search/affiliates acquisition. E-Commerce, CX and digital marketing best practice knowledge Stakeholder management Excellent presentation skills - factual, succinct in nature. Customer journey mapping techniques.
