Overview

Channel Marketing Executive The role sits in Marketing, the function with the core purpose to drive acquisition and retention activity through provision of campaigns, content and collateral The key accountabilities will be to support the implementation of effective marketing plans and campaigns to promote investment capabilities and funds for wholesale and institutional channels; to work with the Channel Marketing Team and business development teams to deliver marketing outputs including but not limited to website, physical and virtual events, email, video and social media activity; and to support the Channel Marketing Lead and Channel Marketing Managers with ad hoc marketing projects as required What will you be doing Support implementation of effective marketing plans across key capabilities / funds Build relationships with internal client and external third parties to ensure effective delivery of external publications and vendors Support the creation and approval of brochures, flyers, sales tools, advertisements and communications Manage content for traditional marketing collateral and digital outputs including email, websites, social media, videos and infographics Work closely with the Channel Marketing Lead and Channel Marketing Managers to assist with the production, administration and maintenance of a variety of marketing projects as required Work closely with the Marketing Services Manager to deliver various seminars, conferences, and events, ensuring that all messages and the firm's capabilities are accurately conveyed in material Work with external vendors, as needed Recommend and implement digital solutions, as well as structural and design changes Support the development of social media strategy Website build, content development and maintenance using CMS system What we're looking for Understanding of investment products, including familiarity with various asset types: equity, fixed income, property, cash, derivatives University, marketing or financial qualification desirable but not essential Experience of marketing to UK wholesale and institutional clients for asset management firm Digital marketing experience in the investment management or financial services industry Investment Management Certificate (IMC) desirable but not essential Skills that will help you in the role Confident and effective written and verbal communications at all levels of the organisation as well as externally Strong organisational and time management skills - Ability to manage multiple activities and projects simultaneously Creative Ability to work effectively independently, within a team and across the company Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
