Stationery Designer - The Role: We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Stationery Designer that would suit a creative individual with a keen interest in popular culture. Working with many exciting mainstream brands such as Marvel, Disney, Star Wars, and Harry Potter, we design, develop and manufacture a wide range of stationery and gifts for our high street retail partners in the UK and worldwide. Reporting to the Stationery Manager and working closely with our award-winning creative team, the Stationery Designer will apply and implement innovative ideas to our array of licensed Stationery Ranges, showcasing a great eye for design. With a positive, can-do attitude, you will be able to present original ideas and skills to our stationery formats and see them right through to market. Stationery Designer - Key Skills Required: - Strong design skills and branding knowledge - A background in licensed design; experience and understanding of the product development cycle is desirable - Adobe Creative Suite experience, specifically Photoshop & Illustrator - Ability to design based on Mood Boards and Colour Schemes - A desire to uphold excellent design standards and push creative boundaries - Innovative, passionate and enthusiastic with great communication skills - Highly organised and able to remain calm under pressure to meet tight deadlines - Self-motivated and a team player - Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a sharp eye for detail - Commercially aware with an understanding of current trends - Have or gain an in-depth understanding of licensed style guides.
