Overview

Our client, an iconic indie label is seeking an experienced UK Head of Marketing to oversee the delivery of outstanding marketing campaigns across both digital and physical. Key responsibilities will include: Conceptualising innovative marketing campaign strategies. Organising the execution of marketing campaigns domestically. Coordinating with international teams to facilitate campaign delivery abroad. Working closely with UK Project Managers and General Managers to use best practise and strategy. Liaising with A&R, artist teams, Marketing and DSP teams to deliver marketing campaigns. Supervising digital marketing team on digital advertising, data, social strategies and asset creation day to day. Maintaining a competitive insight in market trends keeping pace with current marketing, digital and technological advances Requirements: Extensive experience working in marketing at a record label is essential, working platinum selling acts. Capable of managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced working environment. Previous experience working towards sales targets and budgets as well as managing your own team. Confident working with DSP teams to generate leading streaming and playlist. Proven success in digital, press, outdoor and TV advertising campaigns.
