This is a key strategic hire for the business, and you would have full ownership over consumer marketing leading a team of five. The role would entail all things acquisition, retention and engagement marketing with the aim to convert sales and build brand awareness. Ready yourself for a dynamic fast-paced workplace. Key responsibilities: As the head of consumer marketing you will own the strategy across the full marketing spectrum inclusive of digital and offline Bring a new approach to the acquisition and retention strategy for consumer using the platform Driving acquisition through the growth of new users Drive customer engagement and retention Research, analysis and insight into customer behavior You will be responsible for growing and leading a team of marketing specialists The Ideal Candidate: Previously been The Head of Marketing for a minimum of 2 years 8 years marketing experience in a consumer / digital marketing role Worked on a B2B2C proposition Managed acquisition and retention for a high growth business Implementation and management of key marketing infrastructure and reporting Managed a team of marketing specialist (Performance, SEO, CRM & Social, Content, Design) Propel are the UK's largest independent provider of permanent and contract recruitment services to the global digital economy, specialising in commercial, marketing, technical and creative talent.
