Overview

We are searching for a 360 Brand Operations Manager to join a globally recognised luxury group, based here in London. This role will work closely with Stakeholders, Creative teams and store operations, taking responsibility for all the creative output. In this dynamic role you will be well versed in working in an agency set up, leading the brand's creative requirements ranging from store relocation's, digital creative campaigns and department pop up's. You'll be working across all of the teams to ensure brand projects are delivered creatively, on time and on budget championing the highest standards with a Global mind-set at the forefront of your mind. Responsibilities include: Leading and managing large-scale creative projects Driving the execution of projects to facilitate time and budget restrictions Interpret CAD files Developing working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Overseeing construction of Counters/ Pop-ups and events Managing the Visual Merchandiser OPEX budget Preparing the preliminary cost estimates and delivery schedule Managing negotiations and contracts Suited to somebody who: Has outstanding relationship building skills Prince 2 or other relevant Project Manager experience Excellent communication, time management and presentation skills Experience in the luxury, fashion or beauty industry Is a creative professional constantly seeking to generate new ideas Leads by example Forward thinking and adaptable This is an opportunity which doesn't come around often.
