Head of Campaign Marketing- Field Marketing / Demand Generation c£74k, plus Bonus, Car allowance, and Benefits London The client is a Blue Chip multinational Group which provides a portfolio of leading-edge solutions combining products, software, and services. These are deployed within a variety of environments and applications for B2B customers across a range of sectors throughout the UK. Customers encompass SME, Enterprise and Public Sector. The role will lead a team of campaign marketers focused upon delivering lead generation / demand generation programmes in support of extensive field based sales and business development activities. Collaborating closely with Product and Sales leadership, the role will define and deliver Go-to-Market strategies, tactics, and campaigns across the full portfolio of solutions. There is a diverse range of target verticals and end-users, and as such market and customer profiling and segmentation will be key to delivering impactful marketing campaigns and customer contact programmes across the sales journey and funnel. Robust analytics and reporting will also be critical, ensuring that insight shapes tactics and campaigns in order to maximise leads, conversions and revenues. The role will integrate a range of digital and offline media and channels including direct marketing, web, email campaigns, social, paid media / PPC, events, sales tools, and CRM. Candidates will be experienced in leading and managing multi-channel campaign programmes focused upon lead generation and customer acquisition, in support of sizeable field based sales operations. This will have been gained in B2B technology, IT solutions or services. You will have managed and developed a team, and will possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise, balance strategic and tactical elements, and manage and deliver against KPI’s and budget.
