Overview

My client are a 5 serviced office company of are on the hunt for a Head of Marketing to start asap in their stunning City of London offices. The Head of Marketing has overall responsibility for driving a marketing led ethos throughout the company, researching and reporting on external opportunities and understanding the company’s current and potential customers. A key aspect of this role is to oversee customers’ end-to-end journey. Operational Design, implement and maintain the company’s marketing and brand strategies. Conduct market research to identify market opportunities for current and future products, providing the business with competitor information and driving incremental sales. Lead all marketing, advertising and promotional activities to meet objectives. Achieve frequent, timely and positive coverage across all available media. Ensure the company generates 'conscious’ promotion by agents/brokers/analysts to secure good leads. Develop a companywide marketing and brand plan and engage sales to implement this effectively by working with all departments for its execution. Proactively ensure the effective promotion of services to maximise sales and retention. Secure internal suggestions and survey the market for new product/services evolution and suggest ways to incorporate these into company offerings. Manage departmental budgets and ensure accurate reporting and forecasting on all marketing. Management of suppliers and agencies used by the marketing department Driving marketing focus on all new centre openings Demonstrate ROI on all marketing activity to the business. Team Management and Administration Maintain a good team working environment and retain/develop professional internal/external relationships. Be creative in managing your department’s resources to ensure best value added. Provide clear vision and clarity around team roles and responsibilities. Ensure you and your staff are trained to proactively manage their work to the expected high standards and are able to manage for long periods including (others) annual leave. Representation Manage the external perception of with press and business brokers/agents community. Engage with agents/brokers/analysts to provide management with feedback on how well we are regarded by them. Build and maintain relationships with key networks within the industry Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications Advanced marketing degree qualification and/or advanced CIM 4-5 years experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company sales and operations management objectives 4-5 years experience in the marketing industry in a commercial, profit driven, B2B multi-site environment 4 years experience in direct marketing 3 years expertise of developing effective online presence using web site optimisation/SEO and Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube etc.) 3 years CRM understanding of retaining customers and managing market dynamics 3 years managing marketing teams including internal/external communications, digital/social media 3 years expertise in managing team performance, monitoring systems and compliance 3-4 years record of customer acquisition through marketing activities Positive and motivational management and customer relationship style Commercial decision making/communication and presentation/influencing skills Competencies & Personal Attributes Excellent influencing skills Strong team leadership and team player skills High degree of commercial awareness Dynamism and energy Good at planning and problem solving Politically astute and resilient Decision making skills Ability to operate sensitively in multicultural environments and build effective working relations Self-motivated Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills Attention to detail If you feel suited to the role the apply now to be considered for this outstanding opportunity
