Overview
My client, a young, rebellious, London-centric consumer brand, would like to hire a dynamic, energetic Data & Insight Manager to lead all data, research & insight projects. Through sector leading research & insight capability, the Data & Insight Manager will bring a clear 360-view of the brand's market and customers, providing actionable insights to shape the direction and vision of the business, it's products and it's services. Utilising multiple data sources & tools the Data & Insight Manager will build models to generate insight across the breadth of the business, providing clear recommendations. The Data & Insight Manager's primary focus is to support the Marketing and Commercial teams through designing, owning and delivering an innovation pipeline for their product and service offering which are constantly evolving. This brand new role in this relatively young business requires someone with the drive and resilience to set up a research & insight function from scratch. There is much work to do. Working in this high growth entrepreneurial environment will require someone who is comfortable with change, who can think on their feet and can work strategically but also roll their sleeves up and get the work done. This is a pivotal role in a special business with an exceptional proposition.
