This leading international retailer is looking for a Retail Director to come on board and spearhead the development & expansion of its brand. As the Retail Director, you will be responsible for: Strategic brand development & the business planning process Delivering budget P&L Maintaining and developing relationships with key suppliers and country distributors Team-building, organisational development and succession planning Conducting a brand performance review Overseeing the Retail Property strategy To be successful, you should have strong commercial retail experience in the fashion and / or Health & Beauty retail industry. You will have a track record which clearly demonstrates your strong leadership skills and ability to communicate and manage clearly & effectively.
