CRM MANAGER - RETAIL CENTRAL LONDON £40,000 - £45,000 Harnham is currently partnering with a luxury retail brand that have a fantastic opportunity for a CRM professional to engage with global marketing campaigns, lead a team and shape CRM activity through redesigning customer contact strategy. Great central London offices Learning and development opportunities - management training programme accessible for all levels Flexible working THE ROLE Sitting in a multi skilled function including analysts, creatives and database support you will have all the knowledge needed to take your CRM team from strength to strength. Working closely with the Head of CRM you will be leading customer engagement through new segmentations, overhauling customer lifecycles and championing personalisation. With the chance to innovate new approaches your experience will guide the development of a creative and cutting-edge marketing proposition. Owning the end to end delivery of multichannel marketing campaigns Supporting the development of a team Creating new automated customer journeys Building out a test and learn framework for developed learnings Supporting a data driven approach to marketing - working closely with the analytics and data team YOUR SKILLS A successful candidate will tick some, if not all, of the below: Education: University educated with a minimum 2:1 grade Experience creating and managing CRM strategies Use of a CRM platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign or similar Fantastic communication skills with the ability to work closely with senior leadership A hands-on background Previously managed or lead a delivery team Experience in retail, eCommerce or luxury goods BENEFITS A salary of up to £45,000 dependant on experience Great bonus scheme Management training scheme Fantastic benefits package Career progression opportunities Flexible working HOW TO APPLY Please register your interest by sending your CV to Sian Taylor via the apply link on this page
