Overview
Junior/ Graduate Marketing - Aldgate - Up to £26,000 (Depending on experience) An exciting opportunity for a marketing professional or graduate to join an experienced team of property professionals at a well establish Estate Agency based in Central London. This is a great opportunity for someone with some previous marketing experience looking to get into the property industry. You will be responsible for creating content, ensuring that newly instructed properties are being marketed on all relevant property portals Key Responsibilities: Creating property descriptions. Editing property photographs before uploading them to portals. Keeping updated with property portals (Rightmove, Zoopla etc) Designing and printing marketing materials to display within the office. Creating online content to generate enquiries. Ordering EPCs and Floorplans. Updating the companies social media when necessary. Requirements: Knowledge of social media. The ability to create online marketing content. Marketing degree or experience (property preferred but not essential) Confident in communicating with clients. Creative and original. Excellent vocabulary (written and spoken). The ability to work independently and take initiative at work.
