Overview
The Company: A Market Place Executive / Online Trader is needed to join a highly successful supplier of fashion and accessories. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the Amazon platform, helping build marketplace strategy and create opportunities with new and existing listings, making recommendations and driving performance. The Role: Infrastructure planning for Amazon. Creation of new platforms (fruugo, aliexpress etc). Managing an extensive product catalogue, ensuring products are listed quickly and accurately across all channels. Demand forecasting and actioning Amazon FBA shipments, ensuring inventory levels meet demand. SEO, optimising listing content, keywords, images and marketplace store fronts. Creating and implementing dynamic pricing strategy across marketplaces. Competitor research and overall commercial awareness ie. trends and seasonality. Working with 3rd party integrations, Channel Advisor and Adlister. Creating and running monthly sales and profit performance reports. Liaising with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and Logistics teams to ensure marketplace activities are in line with overall business strategy. Planning feedback processes. Responsibility for customer reviews and building up listings. Customer management process. A/B testing. Brand registry. FBA, replenish inventory and inventory management. Buy-box optimisation. Account management (Amazon, Ebay etc) including full responsibility for account health. Customer relationship management. Skills Required: Minimum of 2 years experience gained in a similar role. Demonstrable experience of working with the Amazon platform. Developing business strategies in line with company goals. Digital Marketing, e-commerce and commercial awareness. Strong numerical and data analysis skills. Excellent communication across various business levels and areas. Experience of working on other marketplace channels. Strong attention to detail. Highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines. Good mathematical and analytical skills. Advanced skills in Excel. Keen interest in Amazon and the wider world of ecommerce.
