Communications & Marketing Business Partner Property Services/Facilities Management 8 Month FTC - Competitive Salary Central London based with travel required Here at Howells we are working with a leading Property Services and Facilities Management business to recruit a Communications and Marketing Business Partner to join their internal comms team based in Enfield. This is a full time role on a Fixed Term Contract for 8 months. Although based in Central London, travel to head office in Surrey and offices in Enfield and furhter afield less frequently is to be expected according to business needs. Primarily it will be your duty to create, develop and implement effective and impactful communications programmes for the business; supporting key business development strategies as well as promoting the brand and maintaining their reputation. Key Accountabilities will include: Implement, evaluate and continually review the annual communications and marketing strategy and calendar to ensure effective, targeted communications across the business. Develop an internal communications strategy, in line with the Group company strategy and messaging, utilising a range of internal channels including hard to reach employees while using metrics to demonstrate value, ROI and business impact Provide advice and guidance to colleagues in respect of the appropriate application of the brand in all written and marketing materials, including digital marketing campaigns. Build and protect reputation, through the development and delivery of public relations activity in conjunction with the business unit and maintain relationships with key stakeholders We are looking for you to have worked in a similar role and environment, so already have relevant experience in the sector. You will have sound internal communications and/ or public relations skills, along with business analytics, problem solving and change management skills. To be successful in this role you will be self-motivated with a professional and positive approach to effectively communicate and influence across all levels, as well as the ability to demonstrate creative thinking and overall make a real impact to this Business area.
