Regional Business Development Manager - iGaming (Betting & Gaming) Excellent salary and package Remote based with international travel Our client is an innovative and entrepreneurial technology provider to the iGaming industry that has expanded rapidly in recent years. Now employing 1,500 people, the business has over 100 partners. Offering white label or full turnkey solutions, our client can support both online and land based operators with platform, sportsbook, sports data, payment gateway, live casino, and casino aggregation products. The Role: Our client is looking to recruit a Regional Business Development Manager who will be expected to build lasting relationships with B2C betting and gaming operators across Asia, Africa and LATAM. Targets will range from major tier one and tier two operators, where a bespoke Enterprise Sportsbook solution can be delivered. Smaller operators will be offered white label and multi-tenanted solutions. Using extensive industry contacts the BDM will need to identify sales opportunities within the market and present a compelling solution to prospective customers in order to close deals. Develop sales forecasts, financial objectives and business plans for the region Analyse market trends and discover new opportunities for growth Be aware of compliance requirements for the platform and products within each territory Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Determine and understand customer requirements and match the Company’s products and services to them Develop, lead and manage the B2B commercial activities for the business in the specific region and implement an innovative, growth focused commercial strategy Oversee and develop the sales pipeline, drive revenue growth from our core markets diversifying into new markets Ensure a strong presence at all viable trade shows and events Work with Chief Commercial Officer on the overall strategy with regards to entry into new jurisdictions Help define the key USPs of the offering versus competitors and employ that in the marketing strategy Work within Regional Senior Management Team to provide input into the wider company strategy Ensure a smooth set up and on-boarding process, with a good handover to the Operational Delivery team Analyze competitor’s activity in the market and develop plans accordingly. Requirements: To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you must be an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) within the betting and igaming industry. You must have a strong understanding of regions such as Asia, LATAM and Africa, and have a demonstrable record of winning business in these regions. A commercially minded business person with a strong network of contacts in gaming Solid PowerPoint and presentation skills Driven and goal orientated Ability to travel internationally At least 7 years of experience in the online gaming industry with a focus on B2B Exposure to working in a global environment and international markets with significant experience growing commercial business in either LATAM, Africa or Asia Ability to collaborate with teams and build positive relationships across groups of various functions Strong negotiating acumen Excellent project management skills and a deep knowledge of sports betting technology platforms and regulation A strategic mind-set To apply for this exciting opportunity please send your CV and covering information.
