Experience of client relationship management gained in an advertising, design or marketing agency ( please note that this is NOT a Sales role. Sales Account Managers - this one is not for you) Excellent time and project management skills, including knowledge of MS Excel and planning systems Strong presentation and communication skills, in writing and in person Excellent commercial skills and sound judgement An eye for detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads in a fast-moving, deadline-driven and pressurised environment Knowledge of marketing communications, preferably supported with a relevant degree or qualification Demonstrable commitment to exceeding customer expectations Strong research skills, including the ability to assimilate and interpret data and information If the answer is yes to all of these, then here's the role: Working on designated accounts, you will take ownership of client revenue targets and forecasts and act as client lead with responsibility for building exceptional relationships Devising and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of creative campaigns which fully reflect objectives and exceed expectations Write creative briefs, briefing creative team as necessary Oversee on-time campaign delivery, co-ordinating agency teams and liaising with and managing outsourcing partners - including freelancers, photographers and print - in order to fulfil all projects on time, and to high quality standards Monitor progress of campaign performance in order to provide accurate ROIanalysis, demonstrating strategic value and operational success Compile and deliver accurate client monthly status reports outlining all ongoing and future projects to aid the agency’s planning process Contribute to business development within the agency - actively identifying opportunities within live clients and attending meetings, presentations and pitches where needed My culture has a work-hard:play-hard culture, where going the extra mile is recognised and rewarded.
