Responsibilities + Manage Multiple Marketing, Content, Technology Vendor Relationships, + Help to maintain consistent message delivered internally and externally in region ensuring client brand consistencies, + Develop the execution strategy of regional creative and strategic branding concepts, + Works closely with Corporate Marketing and Communications teams to ensure consistencies in communications and brand guidelines when deploying strategies externally, + Carrying out of ad-hoc tasks as required, + Act as a trusted subject matter expert and advisor, + Counsel on thought leadership topics being presented at events, + Ensure all supporting collateral is relevant and professionally produced, + Manage webinar topics and speakers, for AGS events, + Manage content creation for thought leadership topics, + Leverage creativity to drive innovative content on relevant thought leadership topics, + Develop and manage content calendars for our clients' that align to their specific initiatives and hiring goals, provide regular content updates to AGS leadership and client leaders, + Manages and curates creation and distribution of AGS online content across all AGS platforms, as well as client online content across client platforms, + Assist in employer branding projects by turning creative briefs into creative deliverables such as video scripts, client branding documents, landing page and career site copy and social media content, + A/B test various content for client's recruitment goals and strategies by utilizing CRM source codes and develop reports to refine content strategy on a quarterly basis. Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications preferred, + 2+ years of relevant marketing experience or digital marketing experience is required, + Experience in copy writing and content creation is preferred, + Strong professional background in social media and content marketing, advertising, and PR, + Proficiency in publishing, CRM and analytics tools such as: Hootsuite, Socialbakers, Social Talent, Dynamic Signal, etc., + Strong experience with working with multiple vendors/vendor relationship management, + Customer-centric focus on understanding and translating the needs of the customer to match internal business goals and objectives, + Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration with an emphasis on building solid working relationships, + Knowledge of corporate goals and objectives, markets, competitors, positioning and offerings, + Ability to listen, problem solve, maintain flexibility and meet deadlines, + Strong analytical and project management skills, + Excellent interpersonal communication, action and results oriented; problem solver, + Enjoyment around innovating and learning new technologies, + Excellent oral and written communication skills a MUST including experience speaking to technical and business audiences, + Excels at research and the ability to create editorial and technical writing outputs without brooding, + Ability to deliver on tasks/projects with limited guidance, + Strong written and v
