We're hiring a senior Digital Product Leader who knows how to create exceptional digital product experiences, at scale, and looking to apply their expertise to digital products which make a difference to millions of people and lives. This is an opportunity for an individual, presently within a Digital Product Management role acting as a Senior Product Manager or Head of Product Management, to join a business with a clear purpose and incredible opportunity drive innovation into everyday activities and services. The role will provide you with the opportunity to work with an incredibly impressive leadership team, who bring a wealth of expertise building and shipping innovative digital product, transforming business and services through the development of world class digital technology. Together you'll be building a product capability to deliver on the mission creating products which really matter. The role of Digital Product Lead / Senior Product Manager will: Build the product function - standing up the capabilities and skills needed to drive a product from ideation to product market fit Build out the existing Product team and establish the operational cadence Hire new talent, mentor existing talent and educate others as to what good looks like Identify quick win Products based on legacy platforms and offerings, using Product principles As your team reached scale you will lead a cross-functional Product team, working on a Product with significant impact on our society Identify user needs and pain points and build out a Product roadmap that addresses these Work autonomously making sure features are delivered quickly and efficiently, following a lean experimental approach Be accountable for your Product's virtual P&L Be a true Product leader and mentor less experienced team members Your experience as Digital Product Lead / Senior Product Manager will include: Over 5 years as a digital product manager with particular emphasis developing product at those early stages of a Product' life You know how to take a concept from a piece of paper through PoC to MVP and then Product market fit You have experienced both success and failure and learned from these how to skew the odds in your favour.
