Basic Salary: £65,000k Realistic Earning Opportunity: Circa £80,000 OTE Hours: 45 hours per week (No weekends) Location: Isleworth, London Who is our Client? Just an Insurance Broker? Our Client is looking for a self-motivated, trustworthy and results-driven Head of Sales to direct and manage their London office. The successful candidate must be hands on and passionate about working and developing people, business strategies and initiatives to deliver excellence. They want to see a 'Coaching’ first mentality along with high quality delivery and implementation of skills, knowledge, process and the right behaviours. They desire a leader who demonstrates the right values and care for their customers, both external and internal and as such our culture warrants someone who asks questions first before jumping to conclusions. A flair for sales and a passion for working in a customer centric environment are pre-requisites Key Requirements: Proven Sales Leadership experience within a financially regulated sales environment A strong understanding of sales, ideally a call-centre environment, with a proven track record of delivery against targets Ambitious, confident and tenacious with the enthusiasm for working in a fast paced and dynamic sales environment Ability to lead thorough coaching An effective communicator with the ability to influence people Commercially aware and customer focused Awareness of FCA regulatory standards and the ability to deliver the required standards A strong business values match and a high level of emotional intelligence A good understanding of process and policy management and improvement It is Birchfield Recruitment’s policy, that we to respond to all applications within three working days.
