Established in 1999, our client has grown from a small online office supplies business into a multimillion pound international office supplies e-tailer and an innovative technology company with over 130 employees. Headquartered in London, with regional office across the UK and Europe and teams in Russia and Latvia - they continue to grow and innovate. DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO: Execution of all weekly Marketing and Promotional emails (75% of the job is focused on email execution) Responsible for the content and tone of voice of all transactional and service-related emails across the group Quality ownership of all customer facing emails Part of the on boarding team, working alongside their Marketing function to design and build a Dealer's brand through the email channel Monitoring bounce, open, click-through and deliverability rates and working with the e-commerce manager to keep commercial performance aligned Carrying out A/B testing to identify improvement areas Joint commercial responsibility for the email channel working alongside the Group trading teams SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: Strong background in e-commerce and email marketing Experienced at online marketing in B2B industries Good understanding of customer behaviour through the email channel Knowledge of Pure 360 & Dotmailer (ESP) Experience of working alongside Design, Marketing and Trading teams Web Analytics experience Exceptional attention to detail Strong technical skills (HTML and ESP Setups) Keen eye for design & marketing copy Strong analytical skills & commercial awareness Experience of working with a mix of stakeholders and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Willingness to learn and self-improve to maintain productivity Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer driven, embraces change Encourages a strong team spirit Demonstrates entrepreneurial thinking Takes ownership Adopts a learning mind-set Builds trusting relationships NB: If this company and position appeals to you then please apply your CV on-line.
