Overview
Marketing Manager job in East London paying up to £35k per annum Your new company Is looking to add a confident, creative Marketing Manager to the team to strengthen and grow their established business. This is the perfect opportunity for an established Marketing Executive to take that next step or for an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership and implementation of a successful strategy for a small but established company. Your new role Will be to improve and establish a Marketing and Communications strategy to maximise the growth and exposure of the business. You will be managing all digital and offline Marketing activities with line management of one Social Media Executive, overseeing and creating all content, analysing campaigns and improving strategy. You will write engaging, on-brand content for external communications across multiple channels including: updating and maintaining the company website and landing pages, ensuring all content is optimised for increased viewing and business conversion; social media content to increase brand exposure; email campaigns to engage and personalise the customer journey and grow sales and any offline content including point of sale and visual promotions. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be an experienced digital Marketer, able to hit the ground running with strategy ideas and improvements. The ability to write well-versed, engaging, on-brand copy for varying targeted audiences is essential, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite to aid with content creation. You will be confident in managing campaigns end to end across multiple channels: updating and maintaining a company website using Content Management Systems with advanced knowledge and practice of SEO and PPC, creating and scheduling social media and email campaigns, analysing engagement through dashboards and Google analytics. You will be able to analyse and report on campaigns to key stakeholders.
