Overview

The Digital Data Analyst will report directly into the Head of Digital focusing on the measurement and optimisation of the digital acquisition and engagement programmes. They will be working for a FTSE-200 Profressional Services company, based in London. Client Details The Digital Data Analyst will work for a FTSE-200 Profressional Services company who are currently going through a Digital Transformation. This role will be based in London. Description The Digital Data Analyst will be responsible for: Reporting and Analysis All channels; report key metrics, analyse trends and provide actionable insights Analyse the impact of different channels and they interact to drive conversions Perform ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different media channels and marketing campaigns Develop dashboards to enable regular reporting for marketing and wider operational audiences including large datasets Ad hoc reporting and insight as required based on business requirements Websites; analyse onsite behaviour, conversions data and customer joruneys, funnel analysis to provide insights on our audience behaviour Regularly monitor online KPI's to track progress against audience development and retention goals Segment online audiences to find high value segments and model the behaviour of these on our sites and across the web Channel Strategy Advise suitable measurement strategies based on channel objectives, e.g. client paid advertising, organic paid search, content, CRM, social Benchmark performance and advise on KPI's Post-campaign analysis to demonstrate ROI Technical and Analytical Identify ways in which to improve analytical procedure to increase productivity and efficiency Visualise data on BI platforms Recommend ways to deal with data quality issues Advise on campaign tagging and on-site tracking Profile Desired Skills and Experience Minimum of two year's web analytics experience using Google Analytics 360 - GA IQ qualification - not essential but would be preferred Extensive experience with Google Big Query, Power BI and Google Data Studio Deep understanding of web analytics including customer segmentation, attribution modelling, and path analysis Experience in measuring and analysing online campaigns including organic and paid search, email, display, social The ability to analyse data from multiple online and offline sources and translate it into commercial actions The ability to communicate analytical insight to internal stakeholders at all levels of seniority A genuine passion for digital analytics Excellent written and verbal communication skills Display a high level of initiative, be self-motivated and eager to learn Demonstrable experience of project management and delivery Data visualisation / dashboard development experience Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Minimum of a bachelors degree required Experience with SQL not essential but would be preferred Experience with tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager - not essential but would be preferred Experience of other channel analytic solutions (CRM, social) - not essential but would be preferred Job Offer Progression Skill development
