A new opportunity to join a rapidly expanding, children's food business in a Head of Marketing position. The company are a fantastic challenger brand that produce healthy, natural food products. The main purpose of the role is to manage the long term marketing strategy for the UK looking after all marketing touch points. This is an extremely important role where you will be be tasked with growing awareness of an already established brand. The company is a challenger brand and they have products in a number of rapidly expanding sub-categories. All of their products are natural and the company has a big focus on the provenance of their ingredients. The key requirements of the Head of Marketing are: Previous marketing experience in FMCG - either a big blue chip or an SME that operates in grocery People management experience Experience of managing a marketing budget The ability to launch NPD based on consumer insight Passion, drive and ambition to succeed Track record of bringing brands to market Degree level education or equivalent This is a great opportunity for an FMCG marketing professional to take on a role with a fantastic business.
