Overview
Charity Talent are recruiting for an International Development Charity based in Central London. They are recruiting for a Temporary Membership Coordinator; this is an immediate start and is for 3 months, with a possible extension. As the Membership Coordinator you will be responsible for taking to members through the registration process, supporting members with regular internal communications and being the primary point of contact in those regions. You will be the primary point of contact for members in Central Asia, North Africa & West Asia, North America and Europe. As the Membership Coordinator you will be responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of engagement statistics on the Community Platform, newsletter and in other internal communications channels. You will be coordinating regional workshops via implementing partners, including setting the agenda, supporting some workshops in person and reviewing workshop reports. Experience: Experience in managing membership networks Prior experience of managing online engagement platforms Demonstrable experience writing for newsletters, publications and the web Familiarity with CRM databases and the processes involved in creating lists, reports and tracking member communications and engagement
