Overview

Our Client is a well-known Prime Developer across London and Regional areas. They create high quality new homes and communities that have won many awards for their creative builds and effective use of brownfield lands. The business is doing exceptionally well and with more projects in plan, they now require the support of an innovative Marketing Manager to join them. Working within the Sales & Marketing team, you will support the planning and implementation of all marketing activity both on and offline to promote the brand in order to drive sales. You will be a driven individual with proven track record of hitting deadlines, working fast paced and managing a effectively from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Deal with co-ordination and production of all marketing materials including brochures, signage, advertising creative, digital communications and other ad-hoc materials to maximise brand promotion Verifying all marketing and sales collateral to ensure that all information is accurate and in accordance with the brand guidelines Organise and co-ordinate all development launches and events, including international events, corporate and community events Creating content for the company website for each development Weekly site visits to ensure all developments are looking at their best Organise all estate signage and landscaping to ensure the development is always well presented Ensure property portal content is accurate and up to date Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in media planning and booking in conjunction with the media buying agency Monitor monthly PPC reports to ensure campaigns are current and performing effectively Liaise with PR agency for press release and any potential media opportunities Day to day liaison with the sales teams to ensure that they are fully stocked with brochures and other marketing collateral and ensuring the information within the sales suites is up to date Understand the Sales & Marketing Budgets in order to track all spend across developments within the portfolio Assist with the production of award entries prior to formal sign off Professional Skills · Previous experience of working within a demanding sales and marketing environment · Analytical / strong IT skills · Excellent communication skills - written and verbal · Relevant marketing qualifications - CIM, DMI or equivalent · Design skills · Experience working for a property developer If you would like to hear more about this role, please contact Olivia on .
