Project Manager - Online - Qualitative This successful fast-growing full-service research agency is looking for a talented PM who is looking to broaden their ability and expand their experience. Here you will be joining a world-class research company with a passion for improving customer experience through research and a better understanding of customer requirements. The purpose of the role is to manage and oversee small to medium research projects, with an emphasis on maintaining customer relations throughout. The projects are mostly field and tab-based and the clients are mostly other research agencies. Day to day responsibilities include: Personal responsibility for the successful management of projects Budgeting and delivering project on time Briefing interviewers and researchers Checking scripts and data The successful candidate will have previous experience working in market research and a good knowledge of the project life cycle.
