Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Manchester - £20,000 Starting Salary Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE year one £35-40k/year two £50-60k) Liquid Personnel is a multi-award-winning recruitment consultancy based within the Northern Quarter of Manchester City Centre. Due to the aggressive growth of our recruitment business, we are currently recruiting for forward thinking and ambitious graduates looking to kick start their professional career within recruitment. We currently have a full time, permanent position within Liquid Personnel for a graduate recruitment consultant to join a busy and supportive recruitment team. As a recruitment consultant you will be responsible for your own geographical patch, working hard to maintain relationships with candidates. The role of a recruitment consultant at Liquid Personnel is very much one of a 360 nature, you will take care of the recruitment process from start of application to final placement.
