Role - Digital Marketing Executive Location London W1 Salary £25,000 to £30,000 28 days Holiday Pension We're now looking for a Paid Social/Digital Marketing Exec to join our Fintech Digital Marketing team and assist in all paid social media campaigns as well as playing an instrumental role in the growth of business. Our ideal candidate will be able to build and manage full funnel Paid Social Media (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns and provide strategic insight. You'll need to take a data-informed and analytical approach to all aspects of your work and have a full understanding of how to leverage engagement throughout the funnel. Your Day to Day will look like: Designing, developing and improving Facebook/Instagram campaigns to generate traffic and sales whilst having accountability of set budgets Forecasting and reporting performance on Paid Social campaigns/experiments Liaise with brand marketing team to deliver 3rd party (brand contribution) campaigns Working closely with other Digital Marketing Execs to implement Digital Marketing Strategy Desired Skills and Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing role (ideally in with a strong focus on Paid Social Media Marketing) managing campaign budgets Experience with building and maintaining Facebook Marketing Campaigns Facebook ad campaign construction and maintenance Know the Facebook SOPs inside and out for building campaigns to specifications Able to take verbal and written direction from account team and translate into a properly set up campaign meeting specifications. Develop and maintain a complete knowledge of (ever changing) Facebook tools for building campaigns, audiences, conversion tracking, and other tools used in delivering results for customers. HIGH attention to detail, with the ability to spot trends, problems, and opportunities for their accounts. Experience in analytics tools - Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Facebook Analytics etc Track record of managing the daily execution and monitoring of campaign performance Exceptionally good at writing persuasive funnel-led ad copy Understanding and interpretation of online metrics and analytics - must be highly analytical
