An award winning client of mine based in Uxbridge are looking for a creative, hardworking and passionate Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and driven with the ability to stay at the forefront of their industry. You will have 3 direct reports and be responsible for managing the overall Digital Marketing Strategy. Location: Uxbridge (Parking on-site) Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm Salary : £38,000-£45,000 (Permanent) Key duties: Managing PPC and SEO activity on all websites including keyword research and optimisation Overseeing digital strategy and execution of all digital marketing channels Develop and manage social media sites, newsletters, blogs and other campaigns Managing online and offline campaigns Passionately drive brand awareness prospect and customer engagement Design and edit product packaging and user manuals overseeing the new packaging created by the Marketing/Ecommerce Assistants. Manage new product launches from packaging and manual creation to promotional content overseeing all merchandising and advertisements Continuous ideas, review new technologies to ensure the company is at the forefront of their industry and digital marketing Design and oversee production of web banners and adverts Recruit and manage marketing employees Provide weekly and monthly reports Liaising with suppliers for relevant product content, specifications and other assets needed for packaging and product listing Strive to ensure the company are a market leader Evaluate competitor strategies Manage day to day communication with web developers Reporting and trouble shooting technical issues accurately using internal database Manage and oversee internal communications, this will include new product updates, sales and promotions, customer feedback and any other developments Creating and update site content Utilise Google Analytics to monitor website performance Creative and overseeing all marketing campaigns and advertising Key requirements: Experience utilising a number of Marketing systems including Creative Suite software, Social Media Management, HTML, Mail Chimp Google Ads and Magento 2 Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal Highly level of accuracy Creative approach with a 'think outside the box' attitude Extremely organised with a hands on approach Result driven and delivery focused with management experience Parkside Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
