As Digital Marketing – Data Analyst you will be responsible for gathering and working with marketing data to create KPIs and maintain dashboards to track performance of English Assessment products. You are the go-to person in the team for data analysis and insights. Collaborating with your counterparts in the central team and around the globe, you will own the marketing monthly reports, combining data analyses with beautiful visual data presentations to create a narrative about the products' performance. You will support the team with insights taking ownership of the website performance and assisting product growth across multiple geographies. In addition, you will be able to understand and support the optimization of the customer journey on-site. Position Responsibilities: Work with media agency partners to improve our analytics capability for campaigns. Analyse data and create dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Datorama. Create tables and summaries with automated functions, updating them periodically and sharing with stakeholders; Measuring campaigns effectiveness and ROI across different platforms; Create automated procedures for pulling data from different sources; Compile reports to offer insights on campaigns effectiveness, spends and ROI Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and geographies synthesizing findings and conclusions, making recommendations and suggesting action plans; Liaison with other teams to create processes to obtain data to support business objective achievements; Analyse online test booking forecasts across different regions flagging significant fluctuations. Support benchmark studies and competitor analysis in strategic digital marketing topics; Analysis and monitoring of website and market data to inform changes and predict sector trends that directly or indirectly impact on business objectives; Liaising with geographies to understand market-related updates that have impacted on the online bookings; Establish centralized reporting providing ongoing visibility on audience engagement for website and across different online and offline channels such as email, paid, social media etc.; Support the marketing budget process and tracking, maintaining monthly budgets; Work with leaders in the Product Marketing team to understand their needs for data analysis; recommend metrics and develop data dashboards accordingly; Ad hoc projects and tasks managed and delivered as required. Qualifications Essential Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years experience in web analytics; Experience using online customer data to make recommendations for website optimization through A/B test and other techniques; Experience in marketing campaign measurement to support and advice on multi-channel marketing strategy; Experience in managing marketing attribution system requirements; Excellent experience in marketing data, insights and analytics - able to digest, synthesize and add value a very wide variety of information and communicate to different partners and stakeholders; Ability to create financial models/manipulate data in Excel and able to produce presentations and reports. Work effectively in a cross functional, fast-paced environment Identifying creative, data-led initiatives which support the activation of audiences across channels; Strong abilities with Google Analytics Understanding Google Tag Manager and conversion funnels; Experience using data visualization tools (i.e. Google Data Studio, Tableau, Datorama and so on); Good understanding of the trafficking process through tags generation, pixels implementation, UTM codes etc.; Attention to detail with a thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks - your work will often be seen by senior stakeholders without revision.
