Overview

Here at Kantar we view the client satisfaction programme as a key tool to measure progress in our clients’ business and our own. For our clients, this is a short, easy to complete survey on a mobile device which generates easy-to-understand and accessible data about our work at the brand, agency, country, and sector level. In addition to our core survey, other offerings include Project Based Surveys – designed to capture feedback on more transactional work and/or during key project milestones. The account management team provides a central resource to support the executive teams, global client leaders, agencies and clients participating in the client satisfaction program. As the Junior Account Manager you will be the front-line of our help desk. Nobody knows consumers better than Kantar. KEY OUTCOMES Primary support for end-user queries in our helpdesk: Answering general systems questions Providing user access Assisting with account requests Trafficking incoming e-mails to appropriate members of the team where escalation is required Troubleshooting access/platform issues Support the team to help implement successful client satisfaction programs: Assisting with the creation of onboarding materials Reviewing/updating user lists Providing general progress reports/updates Data and results analysis UAT testing for systems updates CAPABILITIES Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Outstanding organizational skills Strong analytical skills- able to work with data in different formats Very proficient in power point and excel and comfortable with databases and dashboards Able to work both independently and in a team Able to work in an agile environment within a large corporation Comfortable working on a fast-paced, dynamic, high-profile projects Be a lateral thinker Strong desire to learn new programs and alternate ways of working JOIN US At Kantar we have an integrated way of rewarding our people based around a simple, clear and consistent set of principles.
