Overview

Capita Plc have a 6 month contract based in London working as part of their Marketing Transformation Team. This role will play a pivotal role in campaign performance and optimisation. Having a rich understanding of the marketable database and the target audiences, this role will deliver strategic inputs into campaign briefs and provide tangible results for the campaign activity. Skills and experience Data focused - Enjoy working with data and an ability to work logically with it, having a strong appreciation for accuracy. MS Excel proficient - Advanced in MS Excel, with a strong ability to rationalise and manipulate data Strategic - A strong understanding of both Marketing & Communication BI/Data Visualisation - The ability to collate and understand the data and draw relevant insights from it as well as visualise it for dissemination to the wider team Segmentation - Experience in developing sophisticated audience segmentations using demographic and behavioural data Audience development - Development and management of audiences required to deliver marketing strategies. Including working with 3rd party data providers. Tool Expertise - The ability to use a range of tools to assist in the understanding of campaign performance and optimisation Solid communication skills; presentation style, verbal and written - Concise & articulate in all communications. Specifically, being able to translate complex information and data into clear understandable reports and/or actions.
