Strategic Workforce Planning Business Partner Glasgow Fixed term until December 2021 £40,000 - £46,000 Badenoch Clark is working with a Glasgow based a non-profit making, government-owned organisation to source an experienced workforce planning professional, to support the delivery of effective strategic workforce planning to all business areas across the organisation. This role will work in partnership with key stakeholders to design robust workforce plans that will drive service re-design and the development of new roles which will attract talent and support workforce future resource panning in an innovative and flexible way. If you have previous experience in a similar role and can demonstrate taking a data led and evidence based approach to workforce planning, influencing key stakeholders and the workforce planning strategy, then this could be the role for you.
