Overview
Senior UX Designer - Central London Tech Company Major Players are currently working with the leading ticketing technology company based in an amazing central London office. This company helped to sell over 500 million tickets to a wide range of events last year from sports, music concerts, festivals and conferences. As UX Designer (B2B - Client Applications) you will work with the Associate UX Director, UX/UI designers, product managers, and front-end engineers to design a wide range of user experiences for the next generation of business-to-business tooling. The tooling platform allows clients to quickly create, configure, and manage various aspects of events and inventory management, including ticketing concepts like access control, promotions, pricing, fulfilment, multi-channel sales and many more. You will design innovative solutions that will delight our clients and deliver beyond their expectations. You will be expected to work simultaneously on multiple products and take ownership of all UX deliverables in the full project lifecycle from quantitative and qualitative data analysis, user interviews and testing, conceptual sketches through to high fidelity wireframes or prototypes covering all use cases and scenarios. You have a solid portfolio of innovative, consumer/B2C and/or B2B web and native mobile applications and a proven capacity for delivering easy to use experiences that people love. Experience with heavy transactional, e-commerce sites and/or complex, enterprise-scale applications is essential.
