Head of Customer Success | Fast Growth Entrepreneur Club | London Harmonic are delighted to be recruiting for a well-established entrepreneur club who have become a leading name within the industry. The company host large networking events connecting likeminded entrepreneurs and founders. The company are looking for their first ever Head of Customer Success to come in and hit the ground running. They will be responsible for managing their existing membership base, with ample opportunity to make a big impact, via improved use of data, marketing and events and face-to-face interaction. The Role: As their next Head of Customer Success, you will be aiming to strengthen existing relationships by providing excellent customer experiences. The role is ideal for an experienced individual looking to lead a develop a small team of account managers whilst also trying to maximise the businesses revenue. Expect autonomy, great working culture and a genuine chance to progress within the business as they become more successful over the years.
