Product Owner - Business Analyst - Digital - User experience - Customer journey - User stories - Agile A leading Investment Management organisation are urgently looking to recruit a Product Owner who has a solid Business Analysis background to work on a number of Digital transformation initiatives. There are 2 specific roles available and both roles will be supporting the Senior Product Owner within the team. The first role will be specifically supporting a portfolio of work focusing on the Intermediaries and will involve alot of optimisation, engagements and improvements to the portfolio of intermediaries websites they work with. The second will be focusing on a Localised Digital Marketing portfolio which will focus on enabling digital marketing for local regions. This role will also involve implementing a operating model in order to ensure the changes are correctly managed when transitioning to BAU. The Product Owner/ Business Analyst will be to manage and improve capabilities across one of the two portfolios of work and there will be a very specific focus on the analysis of the customer journey and user experience. There will also be the need to help with the implementation of Standard operating procedures and ensure governance is in place for these. There will also be a large amount of Business Analysis involved in the role so the role-holder will be required to analyse and document businesses and identify potential improvement opportunities. In order to be considered for this role you will have a strong background gained of working within Digital Transformations initiatives, specifically focussing on the customer journey/ user experience aspects. You will have a strong Analysis background alongside a very good understanding of Agile. Experience of working within a Product Owner capacity specifically would also be preferable as would a Certified Scrum Product Owner certification. Knowledge of the Fund Management industry would be a nice to have but they will consider strong knowledge of general Financial services.
